I'm Cathe De Flor and I have been delving into the realms of body arts for years, including theatre, Butoh dance and performance art. My work revolves around exploring the path of my unconscious mind, collective consciousness, and their subjectivities. Over the past few years, I have been immersing myself in the world of floral art, seeing its elements as unique entities and bringing their textures, colours, and scents closer. Guiding workshops brings me immense joy from the reactions of students and the interactions that ensue during classes. The beauty of nature in its perfection leaves me speechless. When I have the chance to delve in to this ancient art, originating from the most distant times, I find myself distanced from the trivialities and challenges of daily life.
